§ 34-1. Inclusion in Monroe County Solid Waste Municipal Service District Number 2.

It is the intent, purpose and effect of this chapter to comply with the provisions of state law, and the city is hereby included in the Monroe County Solid Waste Municipal Service District Number 2.
