§ 102-79. Amendments initiated by the city.

Latest version.

Amendments to the comprehensive plan initiated by the local planning agency of the city shall be processed in accordance with the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act (F.S. § 163.3161 et seq.).
